Dissent Used to Be the Greatest Form of Patriotism?

As contemptuous Democrat elites raise their noses towards the American people attending townhall meetings across the country, accusing them of being part of a vast Republican machine to shout down socialist voices, the American people grow more angry by the minute. Democrats know that these protesting citizens are the real deal, but they won’t admit as much, because then they would actually have to listen to what their constituents have to say. It is much easier to simply demonize the American public, or little people, than to actually admit that perhaps most Americans do not like the socialist policies being pushed in Washington these days.
During the Bush administration the liberal left was constantly droning on about the virtues of community organizing and political dissent. These were the values that patriotic Americans exercised. Somehow that has all changed now that Barack Obama has taken the mantle of President. It is now not seen as patriotic to organize ones community or to dissent to policies that one disagrees with. The Democrats tell us so. Instead these protesters are vilified as conservative thugs being shipped in from
elsewhere to shake things up. Of course this is absurd, but Democrats are playing this off as what’s happening because it is exactly what they would do.
Barack Obama grew up as a community organizer, a job title that seemingly did not exist before he came along. From one community organizer to another, Obama is now telling American citizens that they should not organize, and his administration will go to great lengths to marginalize any group of citizens who do. True to this administration's socialist form, they aren’t content to simply marginalize their political foes. They also want neighbors to snitch on each other by sending information they disagree with directly to the White House. The Hitler Youth was excellent at this as well, going so far as to turn children against parents in some cases. Did your neighbor write something about socialist healthcare that you don’t like? Send it to the White House and turn them in by God! This is absolutely one of the most crazy and scary things I have ever seen an administration attempt.
The bad news for the Democrats is that they are not simply marginalizing some conservative machine shipping protesters into townhall meetings. They are inadvertently marginalizing authentic, tax-paying, United States citizens who are fed up with representatives who will not listen to their constituents. This is only serving to feed the fire of rage these taxpayers are expressing towards their representatives.
The good news for conservatives is that should the Democrats continue following this course of action, which they will, more and more American citizens are going to be insulted by the political elites in Washington, and that will translate into a vote out the door for these political pimps pushing their socialist agenda.
